Payment Processing
Orders are processed only after payment has been successfully completed and received.
If a payment is declined, incomplete, reversed, flagged for review, or otherwise unsuccessful, the order may not be processed.
Ellis Ridge reserves the right to cancel or hold an order if there are payment issues, suspected fraud, incorrect billing information, unauthorized payment activity, or other security concerns.

Refunds
If you are entitled to a refund, for example after an approved return, cancellation, or other approved resolution, the refund will be issued to the original payment method used for the order.
For approved returns, refunds are issued only after the returned item has been received, inspected, and approved at the applicable return address.
Once approved, the refund will be issued within 14 days.
Please note that your bank, credit card provider, or payment provider may require additional time to process and post the refund to your account.
