Delivery Responsibility
Once a package has been handed over to the carrier, delivery is handled by the shipping carrier or logistics provider.
If tracking information shows that a package was delivered to the shipping address provided at checkout, Ellis Ridge is not responsible for replacing or refunding the order unless required by applicable law or unless the issue was caused by our error.
If tracking shows delivery but you have not received the package, please first check around your delivery location, with household members, neighbors, building management, mailroom staff, or the local carrier. You may also need to contact the carrier directly.
We will assist where reasonably possible, but we cannot guarantee replacement or refund for packages marked as delivered by the carrier.
