These Terms and Conditions apply to all purchases made through the Ellis Ridge website. Ellis Ridge is located at Drogendijk 12 and can be contacted at info@ellis-ridge.com.

By placing an order on our website, you agree to these Terms and Conditions, as well as our Return Policy, Shipping Policy, Payment Policy, Privacy Policy, and Cookie Policy.

  1. Applicability

These Terms and Conditions apply to all offers, orders, purchases, products, and services provided by Ellis Ridge through our website.

By using our website or placing an order, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

If you do not agree with these Terms and Conditions, you should not place an order through our website.

  1. Product Information

We make every reasonable effort to describe our products accurately and to keep product information up to date.

However, minor variations may occur. Product colors may appear slightly different depending on your screen settings, device, lighting, or display quality. Measurements, product details, and images are provided for guidance and may vary slightly.

We reserve the right to correct typographical errors, pricing errors, product information errors, or other inaccuracies at any time. If an error affects an order you have placed, we may contact you to offer a correction, cancellation, or refund, where appropriate and permitted by law.

No rights can be derived from obvious mistakes, typographical errors, or incorrect pricing displayed on the website.

  1. Orders and Payment

Orders are processed only after full payment has been received.

Available payment methods may vary depending on your country, location, device, payment provider, and checkout availability. Customers are responsible for selecting an available payment method at checkout.

By placing an order, you confirm that all information provided by you is accurate, complete, and current. This includes your name, billing address, shipping address, email address, phone number, and payment details.

Ellis Ridge reserves the right to refuse, cancel, or limit an order where necessary, including in cases of suspected fraud, payment issues, incorrect product information, pricing errors, stock issues, misuse of promotions, or other circumstances that reasonably require cancellation.

  1. Processing and Delivery

Our standard order processing time is 1 to 3 business days.

Estimated shipping time after processing is typically 1 to 7 business days, depending on the destination, carrier, customs processing, and other external factors.

Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding public holidays.

Certain products may be shipped directly from our supplier or fulfillment partner in China. Depending on the destination country and applicable import rules, customs duties, taxes, tariffs, or import fees may apply. Unless clearly stated otherwise at checkout, such charges are the responsibility of the customer.

Delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed unless expressly stated otherwise. Delays may occur due to high order volume, carrier issues, customs procedures, holidays, weather conditions, incorrect address information, or other circumstances outside our control.

A delay does not automatically entitle the customer to compensation. However, nothing in these Terms limits any rights you may have under applicable law regarding delayed, undelivered, or unshipped goods.

If we are unable to ship an order within the legally required or promised timeframe, we will follow applicable legal requirements, which may include notifying you of the delay, offering you the option to agree to the delay, or providing a refund for the unshipped item.

  1. Returns and Cancellations

Please refer to our separate Return Policy for full return conditions, return instructions, return costs, exclusions, and refund procedures.

Orders are processed quickly. For that reason, we cannot guarantee that an order can be cancelled after it has been placed.

If you wish to cancel an order, contact us immediately at info@ellis-ridge.com. If your order has not yet been processed, fulfilled, or shipped, we will try to cancel it. If the order has already been processed or shipped, you may need to wait until the item is delivered and then follow our Return Policy.

We encourage customers to contact us first if there is any issue with an order, so we can try to resolve the matter quickly and fairly.

Nothing in these Terms limits any payment dispute, billing error, chargeback, or consumer protection rights you may have under applicable law.

  1. Shipping Address and Delivery Responsibility

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout.

If you notice an error in your shipping address, you must contact us as soon as possible at info@ellis-ridge.com, preferably within 24 hours after placing your order. We cannot guarantee that address changes can be made after an order has been processed or shipped.

Ellis Ridge is not responsible for delays, failed deliveries, lost packages, or additional costs caused by incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided by the customer.

If tracking information shows that a package was delivered to the address provided at checkout, Ellis Ridge is not responsible for replacing or refunding the order unless required by applicable law or unless the issue was caused by our error.

  1. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Ellis Ridge is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profit, loss of revenue, loss of data, or other losses arising from the use of our website, products, or services.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, our total liability for any claim related to an order is limited to the amount paid for the specific product giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability where such exclusion or limitation is not permitted by law.

  1. Intellectual Property

All content on the Ellis Ridge website, including text, images, product descriptions, logos, graphics, design elements, layout, branding, and other materials, is owned by or licensed to Ellis Ridge.

You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, publish, display, or use any website content for commercial purposes without our prior written consent.

Unauthorized use of our intellectual property may result in legal action.

  1. Complaints Procedure

If you have a complaint about an order, product, delivery, or service, please contact us in writing at info@ellis-ridge.com.

We aim to respond to complaints within 5 business days.

For complaints regarding size, fit, quality, damage, defects, incorrect items, or missing items, please include:

Your order number
A clear description of the issue
Clear photos or video showing the issue
Photos of the packaging and shipping label where relevant

Without sufficient information, photos, or documentation, we may be unable to properly assess or resolve your complaint.

  1. Website Use

You agree not to misuse our website, interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorized access, upload malicious code, use automated scraping tools, or engage in fraudulent, unlawful, abusive, or harmful activity.

We reserve the right to restrict access, cancel orders, or take appropriate action if we suspect misuse, fraud, abuse, or violation of these Terms.

Promotional offers, discounts, coupon codes, and sale prices may be subject to specific conditions, expiration dates, availability, and exclusions.

Any disputes shall be submitted to the competent court in the district where Ellis Ridge is established, unless applicable mandatory law gives you the right to bring a claim in another jurisdiction.
